Long and Short is that I do not understand all the lingo used by all these ISP's, and I asked Afrihost to communicate with my old ISP to obtain all necessary details of my website and emails etc.
It was promised to be done, after which several days went by and I realised that my website is not loaded as promised by the consultant (Itani).
Came out, he never did ask for the copy of the website as promised, and the old ISP does not have it anymore as my account had been terminated with them. Now I have no website, no copy, and no one is taking responsibility!
Every-time I put some pressure on Afrihost they get a different consultant to spin me some IT gibberish.
I am not interested as to hacked profile, lost whatever, corrupt acronym on acronym, all I as paying customer is intersted in now is, who will be taking responsibility in the loss of my R10k website?
Afrihost seems to pass the buck!
Maybe my email correspondence with instructions and communication in this regard will be found interesting by the CPA, who knows?
