It is a good, robust phone that do the job. But in South Africa it seems that you must not send it for repair because of the bad service of the service provider, PTTSA in Durban. My phone was send for repair (2nd time) in December (i had to pay the courier) and now they are "closed for unknown time" due to restructuring. Dont respond to emails or calls. Emails to support centre overseas direct you back to them. This phone are my 3rd and surely it will be the last because a products back-up service make or break a product
