Nashua Mobile misleading customers

I've been a loyal Nashua mobile customer since 2007. i recently did an upgrade which Norma Scheffers assured me that i will be billed as per my current package. where i got R200 airtime per month and i would be able to load airtime should i run out. THAT IS THE ONLY REASON i took this phone, Today i am told that my new package does not allow me to load airtime and should i run out i will be billed monthly something that i did not agree too. Nashua mobile tricked me into taking a package i did not want and cant afford. i will not be stuck with a contract i cannot afford for 2 years. if i am not given what was promised to me. I demand that they take the handset back which i've had for 3 weeks and cancel my contract. i would rather buy a phone from a company that is honest. right now i cannot make calls, send sms's and the airtime that was on my phone is gone.

I'm disgusted with this service. please give me what you promised me or take your phone back.
