Nashua Mobile
No Response for a week now

I lost my phone and got all the paper work done, was told to e.mail it to the insurance department at Nashua, done this on Monday and still have not received any form of communication thus far.

I work for a company where service is of the up most importance to our members, I expect the same from any company I do business with. I cannot see how it takes more than a week to reply just to note that my claim has been received and they will follow up.

Not saying all service is bad because the call centre is great and that's the only reason keeping me with you as a custome
