Incorrect data, charges, billing, reconnection fees

After submitting several e mails and complaints regrading my problems, I still do not get any satisfaction. What can I do now. Autopage does not even read the e mails you send. They just say they have resolved the problem but do nothing, Their customer liaison people have not a clue what is going on and just to suit themselves and their company.
