I will never in my live and even if Cell C provide free internet access and voice calls use them ever again as a service provider.
The sales person are very quick to take your money as they only see the commission earned for them in rands and cents and you the sucker consumer must just bear with their poor service delivery.
When you try to contact their 084 1 555 555 their so called Helpline they are constantly experiencing high call volumes - that Cell C should tell you that the general public are fedup with your BAD SERVICE!
And when you are lucky enough to speak to a consultant and did not get disconnected due to their poor signals they sound like a toothpaste advert " I'm sorry sir to hear about your inconvenience but Cell C are busy upgrading our network putting up 100 new towers in Gauteng. Well get on with it.
I stay in Roodepoort and saw your competition VODACOM, MTN, 8Ta and Virgin Mobile putting up towers in my area and was up and running in 2-4 working days from start to finish.
Maybe ask your competition their secret to prompt service delivery or stand a chance to loose even more customers as all my contracts expired last month.
