Paid Statement, Suspended account

I received a statement from Telkom mobile thanking me for my payment on the second of September.
On the 5th of September Telkom mobile tried to take money from my account for the same amount.
I have spoken to them about it and asked them to come to an agreement with me but they tell me that i have to pay the full amount on the 31st of this month and they cant help me in anyway. Not even an apology or a phone call. They just suspended my account. After 3 days of trying to come to a arrangement with them they make me hold for over 10min then cut me off.
I have offered to pay half the amount but they tell me that the debit order will still go through and i will be charged bank fees and that they cannot stop the debit order.
In the first place they messed up by sending me a paid statement then trying to take the money 3 days later. Who give a receipt without payment??? Telkom Mobile. All they say to me is" UUUHH I don't know how that happened. Not even willing to find out for me. Just don't care and don't want to help.
