My exmother in law is 74 and her handset got on Saterday 21 September. She has been trying to get hold of the IMEI number from MTN to do an insurance claim and they cannot assist her with regards to a simple IMEI number. Where does the service come in today??? No one at MTN cannot provide a IMEI to have a device blacklisted and to get an insurance claim done. I called MTN 3 times personally today to try and assit her and their service is absolutly apauling!!! The lady is 74 for goodness sake...
