Well I joined cybersmart 1 month ago and had no joy with them. I posted on Hello Peter and Leonie Adonis started helping me with my account. My gaming is still not sorted out on cybersmart but Leonie went the extra mile and then some! I can now use my line (that I cancelled) until the 1 month calendar notice runs out. They did not have to do what they did, but they made it so that i could use my line.
Thank you Leonie for helping me and keeping me up to date on my progress.
To the people at Cybersmart - I hope you are paying this lady well enough, because she will surely be by another ISP!!
