INCORRECT BILLING

I HAD A CELLPHONE CONTRACT WITH NASHUA MOBILE IN 2008 WHICH WAS A 24 MONTH CONTRACT. PRESENTLY IN 2013 I WANTED TO CONSOLIDATE ALL MY DEBTS ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THE COMPANY CLAIMS I AM OWING AN OUTSTANDING AMOUNT. FROM 2009 NOBODY FROM THE COMPANY CONTACTED ME I AM THE ONE WHO CONTACTED THEM AND ASKED FOR THIS INFORMATION. I FEEL THAT THIS IS TOTAL UNACCEPTABLE PRACTICE FOR A COMPANY TO DEFAULT MY NAME WITHOUT CONSULTATION!! I HAD THE SAME CELL PHONE NUMBER FROM THEM SINCE 2008 AND THEY COULD NOT INFORM ME OF THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT??? MY CREDIT RECORD IS DAMAGED BECAUSE OF THE INCOMPETENCY OF THIS COMPANY.

I WANT MY NAME TO BE CLEARED AND I WANT THIS MONEY REVERSED.
