My phone was on Thursday morning at approx 9am, and i immediately reported it to customer care services within Nashua Mobile where they blocked the sim card.. Now 5 days later I am still waiting for an ITC number from MTN, and till then i cannot report it to the police or get a new phone through insurance. Nashua Mobile blame MTN for the delay and MTN blame Nashua Mobile!! between the two am at a loss for words. Like everyone else, i cannot perform my duties for my job without my cellphone. Every month i pay up to R2000 and have never missed a payment but do you think they (Nashua Mobile) care!!! They are totally incompetent and have no care for customer service. I will be cancelling my contract with them if they do not come to the party and help me. That will be the end of a 15 year relationship with them!!! and I dont care anymore
