I have two contracts with MTN (both Top up's Account no. A1808638) were I am supposed to pay R350.00 for both contracts but this company has been deducting R397.00 I phoned the branch to bring that issue into consideration and I was told that it was a mistake they will dispute it and refund the difference for all this months they have been deducting, so on Monday when I phoned to do follow up to find out how far are they I was told that I owe them R813.00 that I do not understand how is that possible if they are the ones who have been deducting more than what we agreed upon and worse part on a top up contract there is no way that this can happen MTN is a big company so its so unacceptable for them to treat clients this way and if they can do this to me I wonder how many clients out there are been robbed without them noticing
