SIM SWAP COMPLAINT

Hi,

I have been driving back and forth to the mall going to Vodacom and calling smartcom for the past 3 days trying to get a sim swap. I have been promised numerous times that my number will be activated and till today my number is still inactive.

I have missed important business calls because of this and no 1 seems to know how to help me.

I NEED SOMOENE TO PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME ACTIVATE MY NUMBER.
