My wife took a contract with Altech Autopage in Gezina Stad Pretoria April 2012. She bought the device for very little usage and if i am correct, the device was switched on for three times in a entire year. Suddenly the device refused to switch on, we put the device on cause we thought it was maybe a battery issue, but not. My wife then took the device back in April 2013 just before the warranty expired. She booked it in and the consultant advised us that it would take anything from 0 - 14 working days for the device to be repaired. They could not tell us what the issues are. From thereon we waited days, days became months and hopefully we can settle this before years transpired. My wife went back to Altech various times afterwards and everytime a new consultant tell her a different story. At this stage we are fed up with the promises but the machine is non existent. My wife asked the machine back and now the consultants cannot tell her where her Dell laptop is at all. So i am not going to make a fight with you but i want what is right. Firstly, we could not used the 2GB data that we receives on the stick, therefore we want that money or data to be supplied back to us.
