BREACH OF CONTRACT

I took a 24 months contract with Vodacom which ended April this year 2013. To my surprise further and new deductions kept going off my account. I phoned to ask why the continuous deductions and was told l had renewed and taken up a new contract with a new phone.

I went over to their offices in Midrand Voda World to formally complaint, and after a while, they phoned me to confirm that, in deed l didn't renew any contract but someone had taken up that phone in my name. I requested for the deductions to stop immediately with an Affidavit from the Police station.

Until today, they have not phoned to tell me who took the phone in my name and also where they delivered it. When l threatened to withdraw from Vodacom and join MTN, they cut me off the net work with flimsy excuses.

Hallo Peter would you please, help me deal with this issue as its bordering me because if they can not even track who they livered the phone to and to which address then, l don't see why l must actually be with them. All efforts to get this issue settled have proved futile as the people there are not ready to assist me.
