Hi my mum took out a contract for me from cell c but my banking details were used and for the first few months I was being debited from that account but then I changed my bank account and I went in store and gave my other banking detail and they said they will debit from there, but they were still debiting from the old account and then we went back in store and they say phone customer service and I phoned customer service and they said they will debit from the new account but still nothing happened and they still debiting from old account but no money is in that account and my name is being given bad credit I want them.
