I bought a second hand blackberry a year ago and on 16th may 2013 it was blacklisted due to non payment. I bought the phone cash and have no dealings with the owner who sold the phone. I would like cellc to unblock my phone as I now own the phone. I have no time to go instore to fill in documents to get this sorted out and why should I since I bought the phone second hand and im not the one owing monies to cellc. please can you help me in unblocking my phone. its a blackberry 9300, imei 351515057934350. I bought the phone on 10-09-2012, and I have the receipt of purchase.
