8ta FAIL AGAIN ON DEBIT ORDER BILLING

Firstly 8ta were supposed to take a debit order on the last day of the month but only did so on the 5th of the month, as I was told through an SMS the amount they would take, which I thought would go off on the date specified and actually did not. On the 31st of the month I had ample cash to fund all my debit orders. It went off 5 days later when I just didn't have enough to fund the debit causing the debit order to be returned and R150 for a failed debit order. I then quickly rectified the problem, depositing the cash directly into their specified bank account. After depositing 8ta then tried to debit my account a few days later. again causing a failed debit order, another R150 on my account because of their incompetence. I then made a call to the call centre who clarified my cash deposit DID go through and was confused as to why 8ta would try and debit my account as was I. Then a few days pass and I now received another SMS telling me i will be debited for double the amount. AGAIN I call the centre who informs me she has no record of this on her system. This morning, another failed debit order. Another R150.This is unacceptable. someone get back to me who knows whats going on.
