How does Autopage actually work??
My account has always been paid by the 15th of every month and then from about 4months ago the date is changed to having to pay by the 7th of each month with no body letting me know.
I paid my account and the following day, I got a sms saying I had not paid and that they were going to suspend my account. I called autopage and spoke to Brandon, only to be told no you wont be cut off, 5pm came and I was cut off, the next day I called in and they told me that the line has been reconnected as I had paid, and I still had to wait 5 hours to be reconnected. (USELESS SERVICE!! )
Now today I got my bill and I see that I have to pay for the reconnection fee???? Really after autopage make the mistake the customer still has to pay?? YA right!!
All I can say is that I am super happy that the contract is over in December as I will NEVER take another contract with autopage as all they give is problem!
