Corrected one month later statement reactivated and reversed R149 one year later.

Due to the error that was made the service was not provided by Vodacom since 20th April 2010 while they investigated the account.

Tremendous amount of time to your help desk and petrol money to the vodashop was spent in an effort to resolve this matter.
