No communication from Telkom

I applied for an upgrade on my Telkom Mix account in August at N1 City. I was told that they were unable to assist me with an upgrade as they had no knowledge of how to do it. I will have a response at the end of August. At then end of August I happened to be in Canal Walk and popped into Telkom there, they said that it has not yet been finalised, they will know by the 18th of September. I am trying to get hold of someone at store level to find out if this has been sorted yet, but they don't answer their phones.

I understand that they are mainly a walk in store, but I am trying to save petrol and time driving all the way there for nothing. I was unable to get any info on 10210. They have given me N1 City's store manager's cell number and his land line, but he also doesn't answer his phones.

Please advise how one gets hold of a Telkom store without actually going there? Even an email address will help. If this doesn't get sorted I will go with another supplier, as there are many people offering the phone I want at a good price. Telkom must stop thinking they are the only suppliers out there.
