They phoned me and promised me a 50% decrease in my telephone bill. They!!! Its costing me more with nxatel then at Telkom. I can't even complain about nxatel's service because there no service!!! They told my I only need a router with adsl line. when they came to install the system, it turns out that i have to get an additional router and an additional adsl line which abviously is going to cost extra. I have been struggling with the phone system from the start, every other day the system is not working. I then phone nxatel and they inform me that someboby will phone me back. I have this contract with nxatel for almost 2 years. i have phoned them more than 50 times and guess what. I didnt receive one call from then, NOT ONE!!! Dont go to Nxatel you will regret it!!!
