I CONTACTED CALL CENTRE ON 18 SEP AT 08:00 TO CHANGE BY BB FROM BIS TO BIS/BES. WAS INFORMED THAT THIS WILL BE SORTED WITHIN 24 HOURS. AT 10:AM THE SAME DAY MY BIS GETS CANCELLED. IM UNABLE TO SEND NOR RECEIVE BBMS. THE NEXT DAY 24 HOURS LATER STILL NO BES. WHEN I CALLED THE CALL CENTRE GET TOLD ITS PENDING CONVERSION. THEN GET PLACED ON HOLD WHILSTTHE GUY SPEAKS TO IT DEPT, WHOM SAYS ITS BEEN DOEN WHILST IM ON HOLD. I RESTART MY DEVICE AND GUESS WHAT DOESNT WORK, WHAT NONSENSE, IM LEFT WITHOUT A SERVICE. I CALL AGAIN AND THIS TIME THE LADY SAYS ITS SORTED. I TELL IT ISNT AND SHE INSISTS IT IS. SHE THEN SAYS SHE WILL SPEAK TO IT DEPT AND WILL SORT OUT. AND GUESS WHAT WHEN I ASK HER TO CALL BACK, THEY NOT ALLOWED TO MAKE CALLS TO GIVE FEEDBACK. LIKE REALLY AND ALL THIS TIME IM WASTING MY AIRTIME. ALTECH AUTOPAGE DOESNT HAVE A TOLLFREE LINE AND OFFERS HORRID SERVICE. IMS TILL WITHOUT A BB SERVICE AND WHEN MY CONTRACTS UP, WILL NEVER RESOLVE TO RENEWING IT WITH THIS COMPANY. UTTERLY DISGUSTED, YET THEY CAN SMS US WHEN THEY NEED TO DEBIT OUR ACCOUNTS BEFORE MONTH END. NEVER AGAIN
