When visiting the walk in customer service centre last night to collect my phone that was in for repairs I was immensely impressed with the service I received. Upon entering the store an advisor literally jumped off her seat to direct me to where I needed to go, their ticket system and how it is administered is effective and does not make you feel like just a number, each and every staff member had a smile on their faces despite it being just before closing time. I was assisted within 3 minutes and while the person was away finding my phone someone else had come to check that I was assisted. Alberto had great patience with my 8 year old entertaining all questions he kept bombarding him with. Tembisa also went the extra mile for my dad at just the next counter offering great, informative advice that made him feel she had his best interest at heart.
I am super impressed and will definitely NOT make the mistake of having a contract with any other network provider!
