I have a cellphone contract with Mtn SP and when I received my statement for Aug/Sept, it indicated a very high amount due at the end of September, which is very unusual. When I asked Mtn for a breakdown of billed items, it included R440.40 for "content subscription" by Integrat, had never heard of them. I called Integrat on 011 062 1400 and I was told that I was subscribed to "Lucky SA Pick", which they said is for adult content. When I told them that I have never subscribed to anything, they said they'll send me the IP address where the subscription was done, within 48 hours from 16 September 2013.

I asked why I hadn't received the 'content' that they claim I subscribed to, they told me they have been sending me links which I was supposed to click on to download the content.
I had been receiving SMSes with links in August 2013, but I never opened a single one of them with all the Spam that is going around, one cannot trust anything.
Today is 19 September 2013, 36 hours later, and I have not heard a word from them.
I was shocked to see all the 'unauthorized subscription by Integrat' complaints on hellopeter, they must be stopped. I don't want an IP address, just a full refund
