What is the use of having a uncapped 1meg line unthrottled (which in my mind is i can download as much as i want) when you get to a certain amount of data they start throttling you.
there advert should state 1MEG UNCAPPLED LINE AS LONG AS YOU DONT GO OVER GIGS A MONTH.
that is not uncapped.
for the past 4 days my line has been extremely slow and i just assumed it was heavy traffic but it just started getting unbearable where i could not even do a speed test for 5 minutes it states preparing to test download speed.
I called the technical line and was then advised my line is throttled since sunday.
If that is the case let the poeple know how much they can download before being throttled. i think then the uncapped line will not be so attractive anymore when you put an figure to it
