VERY BAD AND UPROFESSIONAL SERVICE

I called Cell C on the 7/08/2013 around 7pm - spoke to Lucia in the upgrades department she assisted me to upgrade i told her I just saw a special on TV for a Samsung S4 mini for R289pm I want that package, she told its done she has put the order for me and I will receive the phone within 3-7 days, on the 12/08/2013 delivery was made with a wrong order (Blackberry Q5) which I did not make. I called Cell C immidiatetly and on the 20/08/2013 the phone was collected and I called Cell C again on the 28/08/2013 and they kept on telling they have not received the phone from the courires. I called again 11/09 and again on the 12/09/2013 spoke to Michelle in the follow ups dept and she assisted me to cancel the order and transfered me to Lucia agan to process a correct order, she said she did it and I must wait again 3-7 day for the delivery, today I called and I spoke to Lynette and she told me theres no new order which was captured on the 12/09/2013 by Lucia, so I need to wait her to come in at 11:00 to do a new order and I asked for help from someone else as Lucia doesn't know what she is doing Lynette told NO all the people who can help me they start at 11:00. What do I do now? WAIT!!
