NO CARE ATTITUDE

I've send my Blackberry device in for the 4th time, firstly takes 30 days which i was lucky to reduce to 14 to get fixed and when it comes back still the same problems. They not willing to get me a new phone, they not willing to speed the service uip considering this is the 4th time, and the agents dont care one bit, they to your face, never return messages or calls, worst service i received in a long time
