I called the call center this morning, simple cancellation is all I required. I called at 09:05 and 5 minutes later I was done with the call, the agent was very friendly and processed my request with ease. They even offered me a very good deal that was not easy to say no to. Good work Vodacom, it was a pleasure calling your call center today!
