Be careful of Cell C. They your money out of your bank account.
Had a contract with CellC for less than 5 day. Because of poor service I return the handset and everything that came with it and cancelled the contract I took with them. They acknowledged receipt of everything and promised to cancel the contract and remove my details of their system. To my surprise a month after all the stress of getting away from them, I get a notification from my bank that CellC deducted almost R8000 from my account. I called them immediately to find out why they deducting that amount from my account. They checked through their systems and found that everything was returned and the contract was cancelled 4 days after it has been taken out. They apologises and promised to have the money returned to my account after 5 days or I must go to my bank to reverse the funds back into my account, which cost me bank charges of almost R100 for the reversal. After all that trouble a week after they deducted the same amount again, this time they split it in 2 amounts to make up the full amount.
