I took my phone for a warranty assessment to an Mtn Service Centre in Midrand on the 7th of Septmeber 2013, it passed the assessment, meaning i was due to get a brand new phone. I followed all protocol and was promised on the 10th of September that a new phone will be on its way on the 12th or 13th and latest by Monday the 16th.
I emailed an Mtn customer agent whom i had dealt with previously to enquire where the phone was but i did not get a reply from him, on the 18th I called Mtn and I was told to leave my contact details and would get a call from Lebo Mohlabane regarding my phone issues, but I never got a call from her.
I dont know how I am expected to go on without a phone that i am paying for!!
This is frustrating and I am very angry!
