I have been to the Menlyn branch on 13 September 2013 to port over to Cell C and the lady who helped me was very kind and got me the contract and everything, she said it would be within 2-24 hours. The 24 Hours has passed and on the 16th I went back to the store just to find out what's going on. The guy told me that the porting office is closed, I should wait till the 17th, waited till the 17th, and nothing happened. I went back to the store again and the same lady phoned the porting office and told me that it has been resubmitted. Today is the 19th and still nothing has been done.
