I'm highly disgusted with the SERVICE my friend received from Vodacom.

I told her that Vodacom is the best and she must leave Virgin Mobile to go to Vodacom. But I think that I have made the biggest mistake ever. My friend took out a NEW contract with you and when she received the phone yesterday we wanted to active it. We phone Vodacom to active it but the sim that they send us MICRO sim is too small for the Samsung S3 Galazy Mini. Know she is sitting without a phone and when I phone the call centre today they told me that we must go and buy a new sim at a Vodacom shop. THIS IS NOT OUR TO SORT OUT, VODACOM UP AND I EXPECT VODACOM TO DELIVER A NEW SIM TODAY SO THAT WE CAN SORT THIS OUT TODAY. DIANE FOURIE (MY FRIEND) CANT BE WITHOUT A PHONE FOR ANOTHER DAY...
