I signed up for a cellphone contract with MTN, that comes with an iPhone 5 mobile. the micro SIM was inactive for a WEEK! so i called them and none of their call center technicians could help. i went to the branch from which i opened the account and they activated the SIM. but STILL there's no internet access til this day! they keep telling me to wait for 2 to 24 hours... its been way passed that and my phone still has no internet access... their service is so poor i wanna terminate my contract!!
