I went to Cell C Liberty Promenade branch in Mitchell's Plain yesterday, waited close to half an hour to be helped. It can become frustrating waiting to be helped especially if it FEELS like the consultants are not taking any note of you (please note they were all very busy with customers). BUT, I had the most wonderful service from Tracy, who was helping me and also fielding questions from other customers. She is an asset to Cell C and just want to say, TRACY keep it up. Just one tip to your branch manager. Have a roaming consultant, who can go down the line and ask customers what they are there for. Sometimes its just a question that can be answered on the spot. If I stand in a line and there is someone asking me what my problem is, at least I know I'm being acknowledge and would'nt then mind waiting longer.
