My query not being attended regarding accoun

Previous year which was 2012, Account was opened with my name at Nashua Mobile. I realised it when there was a debit in my account, I went to the bank to made the reversal and check with them of which company they have made a debit, it was Nashua mobile. I ignore until lady from Nashua called me during November 2012 and informing me that I should come and pay as the first instalment was not paid. I told her I don't know anything with it, she advised me to submit an affidavit. I open a case December and gave them case number and also contact number for Polokwane Police Station. They have not done anything until on the 13/09/2013 where I have send a complaint email which it was not being responded. I checked through their store in Polokwane of how long does a query be responded, the said only 24hours, for me is 9months and 2days I have not receive any respond from them regarding my complain. I would request Nashua Mobile to investigate this account because its long overdue and cancelled and closed it.
