Problems with signal

For the past 2 months Im paying extra for black berry internet but dont have the services. Always an error with connection or network - Cell C. Phoned customer care 140 numerous times - call never answered or redirected from one to another. Visited Autopage in Gateway and Ballito (Had to travel 300km as autopage in Vryheid closed their doors!!) They told me they could do nothing as it was a Cell C network problem. Phoned Cell C - they told me it was not their fault, I have to call autopage!!! I am now desperate - who is responsible for helping me. I am paying for a service I dont get. I have to upgrade in October, but if this is not solved, I will definitley switch to vodacom or mtn!!
