DELAYED IN PURCHASING MY DREAM HOME

My account has been paid in full in 2011, Vodacom has closed the account and also sent through a letter to confirm it has been cancelled... Now this Jacobs Burnard & call me saying my account has been handed over... Spoke to Francios from the collection department who was supposed to be helping instead I need to keep calling him for feedback yet its not even my fault. Now when I go to apply for a home loan this vodacom picks up yet this account has been closed. When you try calling this attorneys they hang up and have no telephone manners! Like really now vodacom needs to have a better communication with they so called legal department because we innocent cant be paying the price...
