DODGY SERVICE AND BILLING FROM MTN

Good Afternoon

I am quite fed up with the MTN Networks service of recent year/s. I have been an MTN subscriber
for many years and was happy but now this is seeming to be the network with the worst service.
The latest terrible experience I've had is with my airtime and bata bundles being depleted unfairly. I yesterday loaded R15 airtime and as I was downloading Whatsapp it was slow and didn't complete
the download but my airtime was quickly used up. I then today bought R30 airtime where I called in to ask how to purchase data bundles, I then bought R10 worth of data bundles and received 10 mahala. As I attempted once again to download Whatsapp, MTN first quickly depleted my remaining airtime with me having data bundles and thereafter MTN soon quickly therafter quickly depleted my data bundles. I then call in to query and then I am given a pathetic excuse that I am using a 'windows phone' and that I was supposed to restart my phone, all this was not mentioned at the time of me calling in to query how to load the data bundles and I was even asked what phone I am using. This MTN network service provider is recently turning out to be a very dodgy company
that is just taking its custom
