Derbiting my account on the 15th instead of 25 th

Ebitting my account on the 15th instead of 25. I querie twice they said its sorted but its still happening. I called my consultant yesterday he said he does not know what to do this happens to everyone even to him self . he can help me. I was fumming because he is responsible for this.
