My contract with Vodacom lapsed in June, i went to Vodacom customer care in centre in Menlyn Mall to cancel the contract, end of June paid my account in full, end of July my phones are blocked, i phone in and i am told to pay R970.00 which i did via eft, a week later my phones are blocked again, i phone in and i am told that i am on areas with R132.00 which i paid at The Mall of the North, two weeks down the line my phones are blocked again, when i called in i got an instruction to pay R917.00, i rushed to Greenstone Mall Vodashop, they adviced me to pay at Standard bank using M65 form because i told them how Vodacom has ran My business into disarray, which i did. I phoned in to plead with them to open my lines which they did, two days later i got an sms threatening disconnection of my phones, i called in and i am told to fax proof of payment and i did, the next day the same story persist, i faxed again, on the third day i went to Vodashop so fax from there so perhaps i am using mulfunctioning fax lines, The problem persist, when i phone in i am told they are checking my fax and put me on hold for 30min, until now i am getting pathetic threatening sms from Vodacom and I am is Vodacom.
