Vodacom Account Settlement

To whom it may concern, I have an problem with my account, it was in arrears, then I paid it, somone from Vodacom called me to say that I should go do a sim swop to reconnect the cellphone. When I went to go do this they said I must still pay R10 000-00 (More or Less). Then I called vodacom, they said they have now handed me over to collections. they gave me the number, I spoke to a lady who promised to find out what is going on as she told me I now have to pay over R21 000. Which is impossible. I am still waiting for her to e-mail me... I just want to settle the account and get Vodacom out of my life FOREVER!!
