Very bad service

I applied for a new 5GB Data Promotion @R319 contract at Monument Park in June. First month I did not receive any night owl data (advertised as 5GB 5GB night Owl)
I was told by Alta they need to migrate to an open contract the next month. So no Night Owl data until migration the following month. Migration the following month happened, I got night owl data, but now was charged R848.99 for this privilege. I once again complained and Alta again promised me it would be sorted. Another migrate was needed, so again migrated the following month. I now have 5GB, and 5GB night owl data, pay R319 a month as advertised, but in the process have overpaid R529.99.
I have now left several messages with Alta regarding this issue, and when I will be getting the credit on my account, but to no avail...
So now I am forced to go this route. I have now 3 contracts that is due for an upgrade, but how on earth do I upgrade when one account cannot be sorted out after 3 months?
