Ever since I upgraded to an uncapped 4Meg ADSL line, the download speed has dropped below 0.8 megs per second. After several long calls to Telkom and sms' s to their fault line it does not get resolved. Prior to up grading I had a 2meg line and the download speed ran at about 1.8Megs per second. Amazingly, I get charged for a 4Meg line when line speeds are less than a 1Meg line. If anyone is considering Telkom, think twice, I definitely will be moving my account at the end of the month.
