Poor service with feedback

Good day I just following up whether mtn head office is still looking into my complaint or has it been turned into a deaf hear. Its been over a month and I still have not received any sort of contact from mtn. Mtn is ever ready to promote and get customers to sign contracts and support the network but 1 problem I have complained numerous times about is like nothing to them.
