Cell c is a rip off and this time they have gone to far. The poor service by their so called consultants, when my contract ended this year I was not informed that I should cancel they just kept deducting money from my account, I went to a cell c store and was told I should cancel ok I filled a form to cancel and retain the number. Little did I know that they would recharge me on the 15 and one if the consultant with an arrogant attitude said I should finish the airtime before tomorrow. I don't know what to do cell c has failed me a number of times maybe I am not their loyal customer I need a solution how can u pay for something u r not going to use. Pls review ur consultant recordings and pls change their attitudes
