As per Ayanda, the C/N for the bank charges was credited against the current invoice. Only i am still to see that reflecting. If it was in fact credited against that invoice as was stated, then why is it not showing on my statement? Ayanda contacted my earlier this week with a completely different complaint, belonging to someone else and as such when she realised her error said she would contact me this week. well it is not Friday and I haven't heard form her. All i want is the credit that was passed against my invoice, to reflect on that invoice before i pay the difference. This is not a lot to ask, in fact it is normal accounting practice. Please ensure Ayanda contacts me ASAP to resolve this ridiculous situation ASAP as i am now getting smses stating that my account is R182 in arrears, which it is not because there is supposed to be a credit passed against it!
