Very Bad Service and Empty Promises

I have 2 contracts with Cell C, which I took an upgrade on April 2013. Was assisted by a Nicole. We agreed that my account will be debited by R150 per month, free LG phone covers and screen protectors. When we left the store that was the last help we received. I have been into the store to on 3 occasions to query the R207 debit and collect the covers. There was always an excuse. First the LG sales rep only visit the branch every 3rd week, then they did not have stock then the LG sales rep quit and they don't know when they'll be getting. I called again and this time spoke to a Funeka, very unhelpful lady. Apparently i have to come into the store to get a solution. Irrespective if I was there on 3 occasions with no solution (wasted petrol) Also irrespective the agreement with cell C, I need to buy the covers as LG no longer gives the covers to Cell C free of charge. I explained that unfortunately that is not my problem as my agreement is with Cell C not LG..
