We have been extremely disappointed with Virgin Mobile in the last month. We have just changed our banking details and have successfully changed all our debit orders except for Virgin Mobile.

Firstly we go to a Virgin Mobile Branch to update the details. They say they changed it. The next month the account goes off the old bank account still. We phoned Virgin, they gave us an email address to send the new account details to. We got a CONFIRMATION EMAIL to say they had the new details. We then closed down the old bank account. The next month the debit order again goes off the old account. It now bounces.

We then get ONLY ONE rude phone call from Virgin's accounts department. We again try to find out what is happening and it seems that their accounts department still have the wrong details.

We finally (yesterday) after numerous phone calls and ignored emails, got the account for the month and bank details, yet today (after they promised that it wouldn't happen) my phone was cut off. Really??? It has not even been 2 weeks.

It is unacceptable that we are given incorrect information again and again. BE CAREFUL OF TAKING A CONTRACT WITH VIRGIN!
