I have reported a phone to vodacom and the call centre agent asked for a number were he can send the reference number for the call and i gave them my sisters number and the call centre blocked her number instead of my number... now my sisters phone is blocked and mine is not, vodacom is telling me that she has to wait 7 days to unblock it and its their fault... VODACOM HAS THE WORST SERVICE EVER, YOU KEEP CALLING AND GETTING DIFFERENT AGENTS ALL THE TIME, YOU HAVE TO REPEAT YOUR STORY A THOUSAND TIMES... AND YOUR QUERY IS NOT EVEN RESOLVED... I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE TO ANOTHER NETWORK
